1. Overview
This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all subscription-based services provided by ESHIFT LLC, including Funela and any other SaaS products we may offer. By subscribing to any of our Services, you agree to this policy in addition to our Terms of Service.
We want you to be completely satisfied with our products. If for any reason you are not, we offer the options described below. We review every refund request individually and aim to be fair to all of our users.
2. Cancellation Process
You may cancel your subscription at any time without penalty. To cancel:
- Via product dashboard: Navigate to your account settings within the relevant product (e.g., Funela) and select "Cancel Subscription." Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm your cancellation.
- Via email: Send a cancellation request to contact@eshift.io with the subject line "Subscription Cancellation Request." Please include the email address associated with your account.
Effective date of cancellation: When you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged for the next billing cycle.
We do not offer prorated credits for unused days in a billing period at the time of cancellation, except in the cases described in Sections 4 and 5.
3. Refund Eligibility
7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for all new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with our product for any reason, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial subscription payment.
To qualify for the money-back guarantee:
- The refund request must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the original subscription purchase date.
- The request must be your first subscription to that product.
- You must contact us via email with your account information and reason for the refund request.
After the 7-Day Period
After the 7-day period has expired, we generally do not offer refunds for subscription charges. Subscriptions are renewed automatically, and it is your responsibility to cancel before the renewal date if you do not wish to continue.
4. Prorated Refunds
We do not offer prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations. If you cancel your subscription partway through a billing period, you will retain access to the paid features until the end of that period, but you will not receive a refund for the unused portion.
Exception: In cases where we make a material and significant change to the product that substantially reduces its value, we may offer prorated credits or refunds at our discretion.
5. Exceptional Circumstances
We will consider refund requests beyond the standard 7-day window in the following exceptional circumstances:
- Technical failures: If a significant technical issue on our end prevented you from using the Services for more than 72 consecutive hours and we were unable to provide a reasonable workaround.
- Accidental charges: If you were charged accidentally due to a billing error on our part (such as a duplicate charge), we will issue a full refund.
- Unauthorized charges: If you believe your account was accessed without your authorization and charges were made, please contact us immediately.
6. Annual Subscriptions
For annual (yearly) subscriptions, the 7-day money-back guarantee applies from the date of initial purchase. If you request cancellation after 7 days, your access will continue until the end of the annual period and no refund will be issued for remaining months.
7. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please send an email to contact@eshift.io with the following information:
- Subject line: "Refund Request — [Product Name]"
- The email address associated with your account.
- The date of the charge you are requesting a refund for.
- The reason for your refund request.
- Any relevant screenshots or documentation (if applicable).
Processing time: Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
